Truxelo does not resell customer data and does not use it to build a commercial database resold to third parties.
At the end of the contract, customer data can be returned in an available standard format, within a maximum of 30 calendar days subject to the applicable contractual conditions.
When you use Truxelo, you remain the controller of your data and of how it is used within your organisation. Truxelo acts as a processor: we process data to deliver the service, maintain the solution, provide support, secure access and enable the activated features.
Processing is governed by the applicable contractual documents, according to the activated scope.

When location data is processed, it must be used proportionately, for legitimate professional purposes: execution tracking, proof of intervention, operational coordination or mission safety.
Truxelo must not be used to set up disproportionate surveillance of individuals. Disciplinary, HR or organisational decisions remain the carrier's sole responsibility.
When driver mobility is used, some features may rely on third-party services, in particular Drivers by B2P / B2PWeb, depending on the activated scope.
